I have been practicing Fa Chia Chi
Kung for approximately two and a half years and have progressed through
the five forms.
I did not suffer from allergies
until I moved to San Jose in 1971. My allergies progressively worsened
to the point that I was buying giant bottles of Sudafed from Costco.
Whenever Northern California had a heavy raining season, my allergies
would become even more severe. After practicing Chi Kong for about four
months, I found my allergies to be greatly minimized to the point that I
no longer use any kind of allergy medication.
Arthritis – As a result of
being an overly active and naughty child, all my minor injuries (in
other words, no life threatening injuries), have accumulated in my old
age. Up until Chi Kong, whenever the weather changes rapidly from warm
to cold, I experienced pain in my shoulder, knee and ankle. My medicine
of choice was the Costco generic brand of Motrin. As was the case with
my allergies, my arthritis have lessen to the degree that I almost never
use any pain medication.
I feel very fortunate that I had
the opportunity to be introduced to Fa Chia Chi Kung and drastically
improve through my regular Chi Kung practice. |
